From Lumberyard to Real Estate Professional

Corbin's career started at a local lumberyard during college summers, then advanced quickly through building material retail and Plumbing and HVAC distribution, reaching Director of Purchasing for two major independent regional wholesalers. That 15-year run gave him a working knowledge of construction that most agents simply don't have. He brought all of it into real estate, closing over $8 million in Maryland transactions in his first full year as a part-time agent.

His approach to partnerships reflects the same standards. Corbin works only with lenders, title companies, and contractors he personally knows and trusts. That selective network isn't just a business strategy. It's how he protects his clients and makes sure every deal has the right people behind it.

Genuine Connections. Long-Term Thinking.

Corbin Griffith believes networking should be organic. He shares music, useful articles, and the occasional weird find with his contacts because real relationships don't feel transactional. Locally, he coaches his kids' soccer teams and stays closely tied to the businesses he works with. That community roots approach shapes how he builds trust, both inside and outside a transaction.

His long-term goals include expanding into commercial real estate and home development. But he doesn't rush toward the horizon. Right now, Corbin's focus is on growing his client base, sharpening his craft, and being present for his family and community. His advice to anyone starting out: don't be discouraged by the long road. Perseverance and genuine connection get you there.
