Built on Real Connections
Corbin Griffith is a full-time real estate agent whose career draws on 15 years in wholesale distribution, a Virginia Tech business degree, and a lifelong hands-on eye for construction and home renovation.
About Corbin Griffith
Corbin Griffith brought something most new agents don't have: two decades of industry knowledge before he ever listed a property. His foundation runs deep, from summers working at a local lumberyard to earning a business degree from Virginia Tech, then rising through the building material and plumbing and HVAC distribution industries. That background gave him a working knowledge of homes, materials, and the people who build them that no licensing course can teach.
His professional climb was fast and steady. Corbin moved quickly into purchasing roles at a regional building material retailer, then spent 15 years in the wholesale distribution space, eventually serving as Director of Purchasing for two prominent independent regional wholesalers. All the while, he was also operating as a part-time real estate agent, spending roughly six years learning the craft on the side. In his first full year working part-time in real estate, he closed over $8 million in transactions in Maryland. That number made the decision to go full-time an easy one.
What sets Corbin apart is how he thinks about people. He won't refer a lender, contractor, or title company he doesn't personally trust. His networking approach is just as direct: he believes real connection should feel organic, whether that means sharing a useful article, a great song, or something that's just plain funny. That philosophy traces back to his roots as the unofficial family handyman, someone who showed up, did the work, and earned trust over time.
Outside of real estate, Corbin coaches his kids' soccer teams and stays closely tied to the local businesses he works with. He credits his wife's support at home with giving him the space to build his career without losing time with their three children. His longer-term ambitions include expanding into commercial real estate and exploring development and home-building work. For now, he's focused on the present, growing his client base and sharpening his expertise one transaction at a time.
